Jefferson B. Wheeler

February 1, 1942 – March 13, 2023

Jefferson “Jeff” B. Wheeler Passed away on March 13, 2023 at the age of 81 after a short illness. He lived a life full of love, family, and service to his community.

He is remembered by his wife of 58 years, Carole and their children Scott and Jennifer, as well as many grandchildren and extended family.

Jeff worked for the Los Angeles

County Department of Parks and Recreation from 1968 to 2001, retiring as the Assistant Director, North Region. He also worked on the first Parks and Recreation Commission for the City of Santa Clarita.

Jeff’s life will be celebrated on April 15th at 1:00pm at the First Presbyterian Church of Newhall.
